Email Marketing — Lifecycle Flows Across 4 Brands
Four brands, four different lifecycle gaps — a generic welcome email, no abandoned-cart recovery, no loyalty program, cold customers left cold. Each got a flow built for the specific stage of the customer it was meant to catch.

The Problem
Each brand was relying on one-off promotional email blasts with no structured lifecycle program — first impressions, cart abandonment, loyalty and win-back were all left on the table.
The Objective
Design and deploy segmented, automated flows tailored to each brand's customer journey stage and AOV profile, rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
The Strategy
TreeStuff needed a strong first touch, so the focus went to a high-converting Welcome Series.
Sherrilltree needed both cart recovery and retention, so an Abandoned Cart flow ran alongside a dedicated VIP Program for repeat buyers.
Oboz needed to extend the relationship past checkout, so a Post-Purchase sequence used smart product recommendations to drive repeat engagement.
Seybert's had a large dormant list, so a segmented Winback campaign targeted cold leads specifically.
The Execution
Deployed and tuned copy, timing and offer structure per flow rather than reusing one template across brands.
For Oboz specifically, extended the approach into a dedicated BFCM Email + SMS push: six themed campaigns from Nov 22–Dec 4 with urgency-driven design, aligned with paid media for full-funnel impact.
The Impact
Every flow shipped moved its target metric — first-touch revenue, recovered carts, loyalty spend, or reactivated customers — with AOVs consistently above each brand's baseline.
