Roofing & Siding — Long Island
A Long Island roofing and siding contractor was paying $350 a lead for traffic that rarely turned into a job. Rebuilding targeting and adding prequalification cut cost-per-lead by roughly two-thirds and turned 2026 into 556 leads and 36 closed jobs.

The Problem
The account was generating volume, but not the right kind: a large share of incoming leads were low quality — wrong-language inquiries, out-of-area requests, and a steady leak of real estate leads (people looking to sell a house, not roof or siding work) bleeding budget without ever converting into a job.
The Objective
Bring in high-quality leads who actually need roofing and siding work — cut the noise at the source rather than trying to filter it out after the click.
The Strategy
Laser-targeted the audience to the specific intent and geography that convert, and added a prequalification layer in front of the funnel so unqualified traffic (wrong language, wrong service, wrong location) never reached a lead form in the first place.
The Execution
Rebuilt targeting and prequalification around that strategy, which dropped cost-per-lead from $350 down to $100 to $130 and lifted the conversion rate roughly 2.5x versus the prior setup.
Ongoing account management continues to tune targeting and prequalification as lead quality data comes in.
The Impact
556 leads generated year-to-date 2026 on $76K in ad spend, at 8x to 10x ROAS — with cost-per-lead held to $100 to $130 (down from $350) and 36 jobs closed from those leads.
